Jess
Pilates Instructor / Personal Trainer
Jess holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is certified in Reformer and Mat Pilates, with a strong foundation in anatomy and strength training. Her passion for movement began during her college sporting years, where supportive coaching taught her the value of training in a welcoming yet challenging environment that supported recovery from past injuries. As a former collegiate soccer and track athlete in the U.S., Jess competed for five years — helping her soccer team reach the finals and setting university high-jump records. Jess supports clients of all fitness levels, focusing on mobility, endurance, and strength. Known for her supportive and adaptable coaching style, she ensures clients train with confidence and achieve sustainable results.

Chavonne
Pilates Instructor
Chavonne is one of our amazing and vibrant Reformer Pilates Coaches and is passionate about movement, people and the benefits and joys that come with moving the body. Being a professional dancer, former dance teacher and an aerialist, Chavonne has a great understanding of movement, body alignment, muscle flexibility and the importance of music to get you through that glute burn! She aims to bring a fun, energetic and creative 45 minutes to your day whilst creating a safe space where you feel comfortable to give things a go, not take yourself too seriously and just “move and groove”.

Julia
Pilates Instructor
Julia first discovered Pilates as a client and immediately fell in love with its ability to enhance strength, mobility, and the mind-body connection. Inspired by the positive impact it had on her life, she decided to become an instructor to share these benefits with others. Julia is passionate about helping people find joy in movement. Her goal is to empower individuals to feel their best, both physically and mentally through Pilates. She is very excited to guide you on your Pilates journey and looks forward to welcoming you to the studio.

Katie
Yoga Instructor
Katie is a qualified yoga teacher who instantly fell in love with the practice after attending her first class at 16 years of age. Katie holds her 200 hour YTT and her Yin YTT Certificates with plans to continue developing her studies and teaching offerings. Katie loves all styles of yoga but the stillness and silence of Yin — which gives clients the opportunity to go inwards and deeply connect with themselves — makes it her absolute favourite! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, come down and meet Katie on the mat! Her yoga classes will have you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Norin
Pilates Instructor
With a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from Budapest and a Master’s in Sports & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from UNISA, Norin’s journey began in clinical practice, where she recognised the need for a more holistic, movement-based approach to rehabilitation. This led her to complete a Diploma in Pilates in 2012, and since then she’s been teaching Clinical Pilates across Reformer, Mat, Combo Chair, Trapeze Table and Ladder Barrel. Her teaching blends Pilates, Yoga and Gyrotonics — disciplines that cultivate precision, breath awareness and mindfulness. She emphasises quality over quantity, encouraging slow, intentional movement that connects body and mind.

Olivia
Pilates Instructor
Olivia was first introduced to pilates back in 2023 by her mother, and was instantly intrigued by its uniqueness. She was amazed at how versatile the reformer machine was, and how instructors were able to tailor the machine to fit each client. After being a client herself for a few years, Olivia decided to partake in an instructor course and after completing the course, she knew that instructing is something she’d enjoy. Olivia enjoys instructing HIIT type classes and ensuring that each client leaves the studio feeling seen and supported, as well as being challenged. In her spare time, Olivia enjoys going on walks, catching up with friends and being a pilates client herself. Olivia also enjoys playing basketball, and has been playing for the past 15 years.
